Shipping, Payment and Return Policy
Diesel Hemp™ is legal and available in all 50 states because it is a Hemp based product.
Possibly. Yes, we do have international customers and as laws around the globe are rapidly changing it is always best to first contact us at support@dieselhemp.com to inquire about current options.
We accept all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express) as well as electronic checks.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped, although in most cases, orders are typically sent out within 24 hours. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. Based on where you live in the US, it will take about 2-4 days for you to receive your order.
We will gladly accept unopened products purchased on www.hempmypet.com for return or exchange within 30 days. For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If products are purchased through other outlets such as pet stores or through your veterinarian, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
